We are pleased to bring you our annual culinary event that captures the romance and spirit of this wondrous land.

Please join international Chef Andrew Ormsby, of Andrew Ormsby Catering, award winning, celebrity Chef and Chocolatier Andrew Shotts, of Garrison Confections, Importer and Owner of Bottled Poetry Imports, Stewart Elliott Jr., Dallas Uncorked Founder/Sommelier Hayley Hamilton,
along with special guest chef Gary Cogill, WFAA-TV film critic, host of  “Good Morning Texas ” and genuine food enthusiast,
for our third annual Asado dinner with wines from Argentina .
 
The Argentine Asado is a special social event steeped in tradition,
bringing friends and family together for feasting and celebration.  
We hope you join us for this unique event.

Hors d’oeuvres:

Beef, Onion and Black Currant Empanadas and

Argentine Choripan with tomato-onion marmalade and frisee

 
Wine:
Santos Beck NV Extra Brut Sparkling Wine or

Paso de Piedra Malbec 2006 by Vina Alicia

 
First Plate:

Crispy Sweetbreads with field greens, Ruby Red Texas grapefruit,
Salsa Agridulche.

 
Wine:
Bressia Monteagrelo Chardonnay 2007

 
Second Plate:

White Truffle Risotto

 
Wine:
Laborum Syrah 2003

 
Third Plate:

Ancho Marinated Black Angus Leg of Beef, roasted on an open spit and
Whole Roasted Berkshire Loin filled with spring vegetables, sage, cider jus.  

Served with
Mendoza chimichurri, spiced yogurt, pequillo pepper harissa, barbequed green vegetable sofrito, homemade breads and infused olive oil

Fourth Plate
:

Souffled Passionfruit crepes with Dulche de Leche and Milk Chocolate
